Round Rugs

Round rugs are an element of design that is becoming increasingly more popular. Depending on the size they can be used in many different locations in a household. They are often used as a kitchen or bathroom mat simply because they add a different dimension to a smaller space.

Round rugs are can come in many different colors and styles. Floor mats are often square and so the addition of a new shape often lends itself to more of a geometric pattern. Many contemporary style homes implement new shapes into their design scheme to provide a space with a new demention.

Round rugs can be used to offset a very angular space. People often find that their spaces are filled with hard defined lines created by a couch, coffee table, and television stand, and use round, as well as, other shapes to help soften the feel of a space. By doing this it is often more aesthetically pleasing as it helps the eye transition from one element to the next.
